Mean customer service as welk as usless and redundant saftey precautions
I found out why everyone gives them bad reviews. There is only 1 loader operator, he not only had to unload trucks, but also load trucks and keep the production line stocked also. He is a 1 man show. If you get there 3 hours before your appointment, EXPECT to wait, common sense.
Been backed up to a doc for over three hours now. I have six rolls of paper to be unloaded. No one to be found anywhere. Trucks are backing up in their parking lot
