Great accommodations. Great southern breakfast. Coffee in the morning when you want it. Fantastic hostess. Near the Natchez Trace. What more could you want? You won’t find a better place to stay!!

We have our Christmas party here every year. The food is amazing, the venue is quaint and cozy, and Mrs. Carol is the sweetest hostess you can imagine! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a really nice place to have a gathering of family or friends.

What a lovely B&B. Carol Bridges runs one class act. The B&B is beautiful inside and outside. Lovely antiques throughout the house and all this comes with loving care provided by Ms. Carol and her help. Just a lovely experience overall.

My husband and I stayed here for a midway stop on the Natchez Trace and loved it. The owner, Carol, was the best-such a wonderful personality. She had all the answers to all our questions about Houston, the Trace and nearby attractions. I loved the house and her fantastic antiques. The rooms we saw were decorated very nicely. All the rooms are upstairs so she had a table set up with a coffee maker and cups on that floor for those of us who like coffee the minute we wake. There was also a small cooler of soft drinks with a small basket of snacks and bottles of water close by. I thought our room was very quiet, especially being on the front corner facing both streets. The breakfast was a very good Southern one with biscuits, grits, scrambled eggs, potato casserole, bacon and sausage. We didn't eat again til dinner. The only thing negative was the room not having its own thermostat. We like a very cold room to sleep in and ours could have been a little cooler. Other than that our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back

Absolutely love this place. Carol is an amazing cook. Can't wait to go back!
